Annual Fee
Payable in quarterly installments of $300.00
Due: May 1, 2007; Septemeber 1, 2007; December 1, 2007; March 1, 2008
Returned Check Fee:
$30 per returned check. After two
checks are returned for insufficient funds within one school
year, the person making payment will be required to make
future payments by cash, money order or cashier’s check.
Late Payments:
A. Full tuition payments are due in advance on the first day of the month. Payments not made by the 10th of the month are considered past due, and a 10% late fee will be assessed. If payment is not made by the 20th of the month, the board president, or his/her designee will send a letter of advisement to the person(s) responsible for payment.
B. If there is no response to the letter of advisement within 10 days, the board president, or his/her designee, will contact the responsible party about this matter. If satisfactory arrangements are not made within 10 days after contact is made, the headmaster will be advised to send home those children for whom tuition has not been paid. Such action does not relieve the responsible party from financial obligations for payment of tuition or fees pursuant to their contract.
C. All tuition obligations must be met before a child may be enrolled for the second semester of the school year, unless satisfactory approval has been made.
D. Final report cards, diplomas, and/or transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations to the school are met. Further, seniors may not participate in graduation exercises unless all financial obligations to the school are met.

Admission to Autauga Academy is a seven-step process:
Step 2: Schedule an orientation meeting with the Headmaster. This meeting should occur prior to the entrance exam.
Step 3: Schedule an entrance exam for all students requesting admission to the Academy. All students, except K-3 & K-4 students, must take the entrance exam. The Headmaster has final authority and responsibility concerning the grade placement of each student.
Step 4: Sign a Records Release form, which the administrative staff will forward to the student's former school for release of official school records. These records should indicate that the student will meet the Autauga Academy philosophy and academic objectives. Hand-carried documents are not acceptable.
Step 5: Provide the following proof of age and immunization documents: the student's original birth certificate, Social Security Card, and an up-to-date State of Alabama Immunization Record (the "blue" form). The administrative staff will make copies of all birth certificates and Social Security Cards and return the originals to you.
