Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment allows high school students to take a college course and earn both college and high school credit upon successful completion.  Dual enrollment is an important tool in providing students with the ability to learn about and prepare for careers and gain confidence in their ability to be successful in higher education.  

Eligibility requirements for Dual Enrollment include the following:

  • Must be a student in the 10th, 11th, or 12th grade
  • Have a cumulative 2.5 on a 4.0 scale grade point average in completed high school courses
  • Have signed consent from parent, the principal, and the local superintendent of education
  • Meet the entrance requirements established by participating post-secondary school
